Oh, I love thin and crispy cookies!! Soft chewy cookies are good too, but sometimes you just want a crisp cookie!! I love molasses in cookies, it gives it such a rich caramel flavor!! This looks great!! Thanks for this video, Kate!! 😀😀

Yummm!! These look so good. I had no idea they had different kinds of molasses. I always use the mother's molasses. Never used fresh ginger in baking. I'll have to try that. These look so good !!

Hi Tracy! Whenever I make these and roll the dough to the size that I show in the video, they make about 20- 24 cookies. You could always make them a little smaller if you need more cookies 😊
