Love cloves. I’m half Spain I sh and 1/2 Pueblo Indian. I have very eclectic taste. I’m using my stand mixer. I’m lazy and thats the reason i bought it. Don’t have baking soda 🥤 so off to the grocery store.thank you for the recipe.

I substitute cloves, I hate it too, for allspice, and if you have a teething baby rum oil of cloves on the gums help with the pain, that's why you remember the dentist, they use some kind of clove compound to numb the injection site...I always use allspice in any recipe that calls for cloves or nutmeg, nutmeg reminds me of how lysol smells!!!!!!

You can freeze it… I never gets frozen. I have my ginger cookie dough balls in the freezer now, all I do is take what I want out, roll em in the sugar and bake.
