You don't know that. In all seriousness from one anonymous human to another.. If you are depressed perhaps try to focus on things that make you less depressed as opposed to things that make you 'happy'. You'll think you can't do it because everyone else seems to pass you by or tell you easy fixes and in your moments when you feel overwhelmed it might even seem pointless to even try. How do you know one of them isn' depressed. You're judging by them having a good time doing a Tv show. The real bad depressed people who take their own life in many cases don't show it. But when hanging around always laughing, smiling. Most people think they are depressed when they are just sad. I don't think you really know what real depression is. A close friend of mine hanged himself. Never saw him visually sad or pissed off.

I'm from the Czech Republic, most of us are quite keen on mushroom hunting, it is a great&healthy way to spend a free autumn afternoon outside🌲Plus all the nice meals afterwards..😍 It's very strange for me to see these lovely, well-educated people taking an 'expert' with them to check such a completely ordinary mushrooms - it's a common knowledge in here, people who've never had biology lessons at high schools do know these species - btw, the one at 3:14 is perfectly edible, one of the best - Leccinum scabrum (birch bolete in English it seems) - and he left it there?!😮 I mean....Is mushroom picking really such a rarity in the UK? Or have I misunderstood the video in any sense? 😶 Great show, however, and I loved Philip Schofield's coming out statement - very gentle man😍

People in the west in general know veeeery little about foraging for anything. Even the things that are exclusive to their countries. They very likely did, but lost the knowledge post-war. In the east this is known better, I think, because during the socialist block times there was little to do and it was a good supplement to the diet. Also, the sheer amount of shrooms you get in eastern pine forests like the ones in Lithuania, where Im from, is 20x the amounts in England. I picked them when I was little and never came back with less than a basket, but tried it in England for a couple of seasons and found almost nothing.
