you do use alcohol. Maybe if you make it child friendly there's no alcohol, but in a real tiramisu there is definitely alcohol.

@@viciousqueen5096 darling believe me I know what I talking about in the original receipt is maid without alcohol I do ad alcohol myself because I like that but he can't go in TV and say these is the original tiramisu and say to use egg whites,cream and alcohol because that are three ingredients that are added to the original to make it creamy if you don't know how to make cream and airy cream from egg yolks and sugar ...if you want to talk about first read about that

Alcohol and double cream I'm not sure of, but egg whites *are* a part of traditional tiramisù. It's time to take your own advice and do some research, instead of acting like you invented tiramisù yourself. Those who act like they know everything are those who know nothing.
