Thank you for the help so far. I have a last question (easy question): Do you recommend filling the pump manually then buttoning it up or just using the primer? My primer is in a tight spot and it seems like I'd have to pump it a lot.

@@mykemech I would add an electric flow through pusher pump in the fuel line and use that for priming. You can connect it to the ignition circuit to run anytime the engine is running or you can just use it when you are priming, but it has to be a flow through pump or it will block the fuel when it quits running of it’s not. I recommend Facet brand fuel pumps, you can get them from Pegasus racing website.

I need help please with finding the puller and bolts needed to pull that front timing gear off, with the 2 little bolts.

There are a couple different tools that can be used for this. This is a possible option, but cannot say for sure it will work but it’s not too expensive: a.co/d/9jVef4e You may need to get bolts but they are standard 1/4”x20tpi bolts that you can get from any hardware store. I would recommend grade 5 or better. Is the pump timing pin anything special or did you just find something that fit

There is a special tool for the job but you can use a 1/4” drill bit or any 1/4” round stock for the pin.

I can tell you they are quite heavy. I would say they are approximately 12" x 12"

Intake is 0.38mm and exhaust is 0.64mm.
