Nice and smooth. Not many know how to utilize the blade while in the sheath. Sometimes you need to get to your weapon when something goes down. The back edge is used also on the TFW Ginunting. Thank you for showing this video. :)

You can noticed that the point of balance is closer to the handle, designed for cutting power not for slicing and thrusting. I can see the circular motion of the blade...

Jack Drago it is widely used in the central Philippines in the Visayas. It is the official sword of the Philippine Marine Recon units. Most of the blade work is learned with the stick so any espada y daga training can utilize the Ginunting. Many Pekiti Tirsia practitioners taught by Grand Tuhon Leo Gaje Jr. handle the use of this weapon.
