Rossini was a precocious talent of almost Mozartian proportions -I've long loved these lovely compositions written when he was so young!

Rossini received a poor musical education as a young man, I think if he had lived in a rigid environment, perhaps German of musical education, at this time I think we are talking about a talent superior even to the Salzburg genius. However, rossini's stabat mater is certainly superior to mozart's requiem in quality and depth.

Una verdadera joya musical. Este breve sonata dividida en cuatro movimientos, del gran compositor italiano, iniciador del perìodo del romanticismo, don Gioacchino Rossini, sobresale por la belleza de su melodìa. Muy buena interpretaciòn del cuarteto de cuerdas.

Thank you for this wonderful interpretation, it sounds really good, and the production is really good too. Forgive me though for the strange remark I am about to make: I am very surprised by the fact that almost everybody in the audience is on the third age, or even fourth age, which is cute but a little sad too. In Chile (where I am from), and in other countries where I have been, young people listen to music too.
