Charlotte is spot on here - as a South African, my British wife was the only woman on 2 floors of the maternity unit, who gave birth naturally, and that was 34 years ago! All the others had c-sections, and even our gynaecologist was horrified that she wanted natural childbirth. It doesn’t matter how it happens, as long as mother and baby are safe.

I live in Central America and C-Sections are the standard, natural births are rare. Doctors say that due to this that womens body are gradually evolving to not be able to give birth naturally, and in the next few generations C-Sections will be a must for all

I like Charlotte but hearing her say 'I only wanted a little girl' and 'my next baby is going to be a girl' is quite triggering. So if she had a boy, she wouldn't be happy? Just find these statements upsetting to hear when all babies are a blessing...

Found this an uncomfortable watch. Little understanding and respect for physiological birth, concerning given her influence over women of a certain age.
