Hi Lisa, Its rose spirit (not rosewater - they are quite different). Its a clear alcohol (I use vodka mostly) and you only need a tiny bit mixed with the colour. A drop with a toothpick 'blob' of colour paste in a little container (i usually use bottle lids) and then stir it around so theres no chunks. If its going on a bit thin (so looks watery around the edges) add a little more colour till your happy with the application. The alcohol evaporates and helps the colour to dry :)

Hey! Cake pop baking pans are all the rage at the moment but they actually do not make true cake pops! A cake pop is smooshed up cake and frosting, not cake baked to look round. Check out my channel for our basic cake pop recipe - they are moist, rich and dont dry out - its pretty hard to mess them up and they are absolutely delicious! Hope this helps :) xx Elise
