From the Sunset Strip to NWOBHM and more. Our audience can expect some great anthems!” And GATC has more than delivered on that promise. "Hail To The Heroes", the band's third album overall, sees the band taking huge leaps forward from their previous album, "Rock The Highway" (2020). The album grabs you from the opening notes of album opener "Primeval Desire" and never lets go, just like their musical heroes classic albums have always done. "Hail To The Heroes" is a sonic journey that you will be thrilled taking over and over again. Girish continues, "We are a hard rock/melodic rock/heavy metal band. We like making the kind of music that we grew up listening to, which revolves around the '80s. However, we do like including a song or two that may have a very different vibe. Could be in the form of a progressive song or maybe a riff that has a bit of "India" in it. All in all, we think of it as a roller coaster ride with the meanest in-your-face songs to beautiful ballads. We feel no matter how dedicated we are to the art, we still should not stop ourselves from exploring more, but without losing the essence of what we truly love.” GATC has released two acclaimed albums, their debut “Back on Earth” (Universal Music India) and the more recent 2020 release, “Rock The Highway” (Lions Pride Music). The debut album, currently unavailable on streaming platforms, will be reissued by Frontiers at a later date. Starting off in the city of Gangtok in Sikkim, India, and now based out of Bengaluru in Karnataka, GATC are known for their soaring, powerful vocals, biting guitars, thunderous bass, and pounding drums, staying true to the authentic ‘80s heavy metal/hard rock sound which they grew up with. Many rock outlets, listed GATC’s "Rock the Highway" on their list of top Top Rock/Metal Albums of 2020 and the group has gained a cult following with '80's and '90s hair metal and hard rock aficionados. GATC is also well known in the Indian rock scene for electrifying live shows and have toured across the nation and beyond. The group has supported bands ranging in variety from American alt rockers Hoobastank to Finnish rockers Poets of the Fall to German thrashers Destruction. What year is this?!?!?!? Is it really 2022, or have we jumped back to 1988? The HEAVILY 80's influenced metal sounds are just incredible on this tune. THIS is what true METAL is all about, great vibes, soaring vocals, thundering drums, scorching, clean guitars, and HUGE background vocals. These guys take EVEYRTHING that was great about 80's / 90's hair metal and pump it full of adrenaline and steroids! What a killer sound! Discovered this band 2 days ago. Totally obsessed. If you likes high vocal notes, I can also recommend Yannis Papadopoulos, singer of "Beast in black". Their rock album "Berserker" is epic. Just a tip...He got a brilliant voice and does some great covers as well. I can recommend his vocal cover of "Ghost love score" if you like some high notes, especially towards the end. Or the extreme scream in the end of "Ghost in the rain". That scream is just beyond belief

These guys really know their stuff, their "almost-prog" vibe is a really hard trick to pull off without straying too far from their core metal style. So far only Queensrÿche, DreamTheater, Rush, Winger and of course Girish have managed to do it just right, IMHO.

Just discovered you guys after have to say I'm digging this tune and the other singles from the upcoming release. Just love how huge this sounds with the Dokken mixed with Def Leppard type riffs. Vocals are also very cool and dig how much range the vocals show...he's excellent on the restrained, controlled verses and then can really let it loose too. Love how both styles are used in the songs. I've checked the back catalog and finding some good stuff there too....But to my ears, these new songs really sound huge and have went to another level. These guys are outstanding, and I’m not surprised they are from India… after all Freddy Mercury was Indian(although he was British by Nationality), ethnically he was Indian. Not to mention the great”Bloodywood”, if you haven’t heard them you should check them out also. India I think is an untapped powerhouse of great music! I wish this band all the success they deserve!

Pretty good Songwriting, good Sound with the right Punch and the Vocalist is amazing, I like the 80's vibe. This Song is a bit like the "Turbo" Stuff by Judas Priest.

Great sound guys. i would even say f*&^*n awesome. Heavy and crisp 80s metal sound. Love the guitar riffs. Simple, but definitive. Great song and excellent arrangement. Great pulse on the bass; keeps the whole track rockin'. Keep going and hopefully see you in Australia one day. BTW, sounding like Loudness, especially the lead.
