Being a fellow petite/small head owner, I can't use the adjustable strap because it gets cut into when I cut out a little bit of the cap for my ears since the caps are always medium. Any time I get a custom wig (small) it doesn't have the adjustable straps, but it's a glueless or has the upgraded band.

just to answer your question, i Do use the adjustable strap but Only because, as a stripper that does pole tricks, when i go upside down on the pole, it helps it stay on around my locs thru all that flippin and hair swishin. plus that little comb in the back of the wig be snaggin my lil back baby hairs and it hurts. but yes, i use it is the point. lol

I use the adjustable straps. My head circumference is 21.5 inches and I have alopecia, so I shave my head. Most every wig I've purchased is way too for me to go without using the adjustable straps. Can you perhaps suggest a wig brand that has smaller cap sizes.

One of the best looking synthetic wig I've seen in a long time. It really flows and I like the low density as well. Sadly I can't wear a "synthetica " for more than 10 minutes for a photo or something because it will break your cousins skin out.
