Мои корни по маминой линии с Украины.Прадед Иван с Черновцов,прабабушка Пелагея с Каменец-Подольского.Спасибо за истоки.Очень приятно созерцать.Борщ,капустняк,мамалыга,кутья,вареники-это все было в детстве.И хата была саманная,беленая, и икона в углу.И буряк огромный на огороде.Куры,утки,коровка-в общем,все по-настоящему.Но,это уже все в Казахстане.Привет моей далёкой родине из Алматы,и скорейшего мира благодатной земле предков.

Це не побут простих людей! Це канал аутентичної української кухні і відтворено побут минулих століть. Зараз в українських селах живуть в дуже сучасних комфортних умовах і нічим не відрізняється від великих міст. А у добрих газдів, які тримаючи господарство добре заробляють цим, то ще й часто кращі побутові умови з якісними ремонтами та модними інтер'єрами. Ніхто не опалює дровами, а мають газ і котел для опалення. Так що ніхто в селах не готує в дерев'яних як у відео лоханках (чи як вони називались) та з дерев'яним кухонним приладдям. А глиняний посуд використовується скоріше для інтер'єру (якщо такий стиль в хаті), або на традиційні свята - як то Різдво, Великодень, Водохреща. І якби не прийшли лаптєногі окупанти-рашистська орда, всі українці були б зараз щасливими у власних домівках на рідній Батьківщині!!! Ніхто б не плакав і святкували б Різдво з щасливими посмішками в сімейному колі. СЛАВА УКРАЇНІ І НАШИМ ГЕРОЇІЧНИМ ВОЇНАМ!! ПЕРЕМОГА НЕОДМІННО БУДЕ НАШОЮ!! ВОРОГУ НЕ ПРОБАЧИМО НІКОЛИ!!

Мені дуже подобається ця кулінарія і люблю моменти, коли Іннуся на деякий час посміхається. Ось що мені подобається в Україні, твердість народу.. мої рідні теж такі. Поки люди хоча б час від часу посміхаються, а діти виходять на вулицю гратися, впасти на коліна.. це ще далеко.
