I do agree with your statement about "no music" playing? But in this case, it's making the construction a bit MORE DRAMATIC. But I still agree about "no music" playing. I'd rather listen to"the sound" of the digging and shoveling of the dirt. I'd does make for good ASMR.

Im cambodia the off grid shelter channels such as this one have ruined many private and protected forests. You should look up the devastation left behind after these builds, particularly the garbage and cement. There's a very great mini documentary series on it here on KZbin. There were many organizations trying to fight the survival shelter companies so it's possible the laws have changed and that's why they re-upload older episodes.
