Topanga did EXACTLY what Cory said she would do. She had a big decision to make and she surrounded herself with the people she loved and trusted most to give her advice. But notice as the camera pans down the line that the ones sitting right by her side were Shawn and Mr. Feeny.....the two (other than Cory of course) who have loved Topanga and believed in her the longest.

Literally as I was watching this I said the exact same thing about Shawn and Feeny! Others were around in the first season, but Shawn and Feeny were the ones that were in the scenes with her from the beginning (other than Cory and Minkus too tbh…) Plus, I feel that Shawn and Feeny are the people that aren't blood or married to her that she considers family the most. (Plus, last time there was the big move she had to pack Shawn a bag because she knew what'd happen and so she probably wanted to keep an eye on him and his reaction because she didn't want him following them to London if they moved... Jk) Feeny is all their mentor, their teacher and friend, he has been there through everything and almost always had advice (obviously there were times where he knew there was nothing he could say to help). Shawn is both Cory and Topanga's best friend since they were kids.

Actually they're both Morgan Matthews. The dark-haired one is Lily Nicksay who played Morgan in Seasons 1 and 2 of Boy Meets World and the blonde one is Lindsay Ridgeway who played Morgan in all the other seasons. The writers went with the surreal option of having them both back and appearing in the same scene even though they both played the same character.
