As a child of adoption, I got lucky to be adopted at birth. I wish more kids got lucky like me and my siblings. It's sad knowing a lot of children will be stuck in the system and tossed from family to family. If you're able to, consider adopting a kid. You don't know how life changing it is for a child to finally feel like they're loved.

This also reminds me of a quote from another one of his videos "God always closes (and opens) a door for a reason." God prevented the mom from having children hence closing that door and then the option of adoption comes in and they meet Josie and everything falls into place. When God closes one door it's to open another. It also reminds me of one other quote "When things seem to be falling apart, they might actually be falling into place." They're dreams of having they're own children were falling apart and then their journey towards welcoming Josie into their lives began. Sometimes more than one quote applies to these videos which are beautiful.

The mom in this story needs to know that family isn't blood, its love. When a parent decides to adopt a child, they bring them into their lives and, hopefully, treat them as family. My mom wanted to adopt me before I even got onto the site. She fought tooth and nail for 2 years for me, even though she wasn't married long enough, or "too old" or whatever they said. Soon I became her second daughter and her 4th child, and I will never forget how hard she fought for me. May God Bless Her, and All other Parents who did the same. 🙏 She took me in and completely changed my life. God Bless. 🙏
