I never really had such a close relationship with my mom but my friends did, one of my most dreaded things was talking to my mom about personal things like this so if shes turning red, looking away fidgeting her hands she's probably embarrassed and you shouldnt force the knowledge onto her. That being said it's really important for her to be educated so maybe slip it in without making the situation awkward. Things like: subscribing to a bunch of hygiene chanels on her account so she clicks in them or putting products into her wardrobe/dresser for her to use. This was not meant to be hateful just wanted to give some tips from personal experience

Everyone’s first time is completely different. My first time was such a shock to me, it didn’t hurt and wasn’t uncomfortable in the slightest! Some of my friends tho have had to try a couple of times because it’s been difficult. I know it’s cliché to say but it’s totally normal. It’s not a huge deal either, it’s made out to be such a turning point when really it doesn’t change anything about you and doesn’t lose or add any value to who you are. It’s so natural and definitely is never something u have to worry about, it’s no where near as scary as it sounds x
