I also feel very left out but I'm starting to come to terms with it. When people feel left out, it's often because they're subconsciously distancing themselves from others or it may be that you convey a sense of not being interested in certain things other do. However it's not always the case (cos it depends on the situ). But if I do find a bunch of friends that will start inviting me to things more often then maybe my opinion will change

BTS Is a mood I used to feel that way until I stopped caring, but also finding better friends who prioritized me like I did with them was the main reason that the numbness went away. Hopefully you’ll find that group of people that you really click with :)

Yes!! You should try the Diva Cup, it's so comfortable (at least for me, that I haven't used a tampon ever in my life!) It's so eco-friendly and you won't get any rashes or skin issues. Although at the beginning it is a bit hard to put it in properly, it took me four months to truly learn how to do it because you have to get to know your body really well, but you can search different ways of putting it and just chose the most comfortable for you! It truly changed my life hahah

I recently stumbled on your channel and I immediately relate to you. You and I are literally the exact same person ! I’m currently going through a depression period again and it’s hard to find people I relate to when I’m feeling the most isolated or alone. While watching your videos, though, it makes me feel like there’s someone out there that actually feels like me. When it comes to how you feel about never feeling included or never feeling like the “special friend” I literally never related more. I'm 21 and I'll be starting uni next year. So I'll finish when I turn 25 (I think is the age you have now). And honestly I feel like I'm too late. Most of my friends will finish uni next year and start working and facing real life. And right now I don't know, I just feel like I'm too late and somehow that will be an obstacle in my work life. People my age who started studying when they where 18 will have gained more experience. I feel like I won't be able to reach my goals in life. People say that I'm just being too dramatic but I really feel that my life is totally out of control. Idk why I'm explaining this. Does someone have gone trough a similiar experience? Or do you have any advice on how I should handle all of this?

I don't experience this but I think that just because pple have gone to university, doesn't always mean they've experienced more in laugh. People generally work at different paces so I think that it'll depend on many of your lifestyle factors and that of your friends for it to even be comparable (lol that's a big word) but still.

I definitely understand. I'm 23 and starting college later on. I feel behind as most of my friends have started at 18 and either finished last year or are finishing this year. What I really want you to know is that everyone goes at their own pace, you don't need to run just because everyone else is. You can and WILL reach your goals in life. The fact that you have made the decision to start university shows that you have the drive to do more and go further. As you're starting later on in age that may benefit you as you'll be able to handle the situations you're presented with, with a better understanding of what to do. If you can, try working part-time once you've gotten settled into uni (if you haven't already started working). Most, if not all, employers know shit happens in life and I've actually found that they're quite reasonable?? Like okay, I may not have the higher education but I have the experience and they like that. Life is full of ups and downs, everyone's path is different. Please don't be discouraged. Use your goals and ambitions to fuel your drive and work towards what you want.💕

Hana )-: I just got out of a long term relationship and I’m hurting everyday. I have no idea how to deal with my emotions or how long it would take for me to get over it. But I thought he was the one and he just left like that. He said some things that really hurt me before he left and it made me question my presence for the past 3 years. You should use diva cup!! i use it myself and love it because it's easy to use and cheaper!!!! Also about the friendship part, I am currently and constantly feeling the same way.... On most days I'm trying so hard, but there are definitely some days I feel like shit and not do as hard. :( And most of the time I just feel like giving up.

hey hana i love your videos and love the content and personality you put out into this space, so please don't take this the wrong way, i'm just offering another opinion/perspective. but i think with the friendship thing, how you were talking about being rejected by friends and to stop reaching out after being rejected, i have to say i disagree. it was easier to maintain friendships with friends at school when we were forced to see each other every day. but we're not kids anymore, our lives are all increasingly becoming different from one another, we're studying, working, and getting into serious relationship, amongst all of this it is hard to have much free time for other things. to abandon a friend because schedules aren't aligning, i think, is pretty not so great advice, because as we get older it will become harder and harder to find time for our friends, and advising people to let go of friends because they haven't had time to catchup, i think, can be quite self destructive, and may even lead to further loneliness.

in my opinion a good relationship is built on empathy and compromise. it's important to try and put yourself in your friends shoes and try to understand why they do or don't do the things they do, instead of solely focusing on how you are feeling. if you are being shut down by someone when making plans, try something different, maybe offer plans based around events or activities they may like or prefer, be flexible, and proactive, maybe try switching up the way you contact people, try calling or even face timing instead of texting. if making plans for the future keep falling through, try being more spontaneous, and if all else fails, try talking to them about how you feel. and if this all seems like too much effort maybe you're the problem too? and who cares if you're the person only putting in the effort to meet up?! if when you are able to finally meet up you have an amazing experience wiht each other and feel fulfilled after your encounter? why get discouraged about putting in the effort in if the rewards of being around a person are worth it, as long as that person respects you, is kind to you, loves you and appreciates you, it shouldn't matter who is contacting who.

l do understand every relationship is different and if the feeling of rejection is affecting your feelings about yourself, obviously taking care of yourself and is the main priority. i know there are people that just won't reciprocate the value of friendship the same way, and in no way am i saying to continue putting energy into such a person, i'm just saying, maybe, to dig a little deeper before discarding a person from one's life, to then later comparing about loneliness. like i said this is just my opinions and i'm not telling people what to do, im just offering another perspective other than hana's and if you're reading this i hope i didn't come off in any negative way. and i PRAY that my use of 'you' is understood the way i intended it, which is 'you' as in any reader or a collective and not one particular person. i hope everyone who reads this finds happiness in all their friendships x

i feel the same way! im 18 and i met a guy in a summer program who liked me, but i just thought of him as a friend. When the program ended and we went back to our respective states (im in CA and hes in NY), he stopped texting me as often and i think he's lost interest in me. But I just can't stop thinking about him (i think about him everyday and I miss him so much). The crazy thing is that I didn't love him during the program, but now that he doesn't seem into me anymore, i love him so much now.
