While Kelly Kelly has never turned heel, there was one point in her career I remember watching where she did have a kind of "good guy righteous fury" moment. At one point she became Divas Champion, but after a good run, ended up losing her title in a screwjob to a heel diva named Beth Phoenix (Beth's friend Natalya attacked Kelly with a microphone while the ref's back was turned, allowing Beth to pin Kelly and win the title). The following night after that PPV, Kelly was in a tag team match against Beth and Natalya, and the match ended up going to no contest because towards the end, Kelly completely SNAPPED and ended up destroying BOTH of her opponents, and was only stopped when her tag team partner and several referees were able to restrain her.

Steamboat was an odd one-because he was never a heel anywhere. Yet his promos/ mannerisms & serious faces were totally heelish, as was his angry firing up spots. Jeff Jarrett was also odd because he was a heel with a pretty face, a babyface body, long blonde babyface hair & worked a technical wrestling style rather than doing short-cut cheats, would call the faces chickens when he told them to get back in the ring, if he won by count out as he wanted to pin them or they came down to confront him etc.

@anxofernandez334411 ай бұрын
I think you're still not fully get the terminology. The words "Babyface" or just "face" these days don't have much to do with the actual face of the person. Originally, back in the early 1900s, it was part of the slang used in the carnivals and the circus, like "hook" or "mark". It kind of had to do with good looking men often being presented as the good guys back then, it was all part of the show but people 100 years ago and before truly believed it was real and the insiders created their own lingo. Nowadays the good guys don't have to be good looking nor the bad guys ugly, it's actually very common for heels to be kind of attractive men and women. That contributes to the idea of them being entitled and full of themselves and it makes them unlikeable, which is exactly the idea.

"it's hard to picture the ultimate warrior as a heel" just play some of the recordings of what he said outside of wrestling, the racist gay bashing comments, probably would make it a bit more possible to picture him as a heel, at least later on. Cena started in WWE with a couple matches as somewhat of a babyface, then turned heel for about a year, from October 2002 to October (ish... some say november, some october) 2003 he turned face and stayed a babyface since. next week is Christmas and then new years, take some time off enjoy yourself.

For me we already know what it's like to see John Cena as a heel he was good doing Thuganomics but the more popular he got the more money that's coming in as a face that's why they didn't never want to turn him back heel again. People need to understand this is a business the popular faces bring in the most money it's mostly the good guy and John Cena's popular in WWE and extremely popular outside of WWE so there's no way he's going back to that. Rey Mysterio he never needed to go bad once again he's extremely popular what is the reason he's super friendly and popular with the kids so what make any sense. That's just like with Stone Cold Steve Austin they try to make him a bad guy again but we didn't want to boo him he's Stone Cold why would we do that and the same thing with RVD he's too cool and popular to turn bed

The Ultimate Warrior is my favorite wrestler of all times, he wasn't very much a guy that intentionally wanted to win over the crowd, but when he came out running out of the ramp you knew there was going to be chaos, he did not did flips and twisting the other guy around, but his brute abnormal strength would decimate easily any opponent that stood in front of him, he had the strength power of a gorilla, and he seemed to not even know the limits of his strength, The Ultimate Warrior was a Conan the Barbarian type of guy, he seemed to be sent directly from the antique Gods above in heaven as their selected warrior in this world, he decimated everyone easily.

Goldberg is a legend, he never lost a match in his career, well, at least in a clean way, they had to break the rules of the match to make him lose, until he had a match with Brock Lesnar, Goldberg decided that it was time to lose a match clean, with Brock Lesnar pinning him for the 3 count, his streak of never lose a match since his first match in wrestling was legendary, nobody could beat Goldberg, he retired with his streak intact, then came back from retirement and thought it was maybe time to end his streak, he gave the honors to Brock Lesnar. Another thing about Goldberg, the chants "Goldberg!!! Goldberg!!!" when his entrance music started lasted a long time, he was definitely a fan favorite.
