Business fail. My father worked for the federal government for 30 years and made a decent life for his family Even as a teenager, I knew that I wanted a government job. I was lucky enough to move to a state (Pennsylvania) that takes employment discrimination seriously. I would encourage any young person to find a state or federal government job that provides a pension, paid sick leave and a means of promotion.

The idea that women need to be PERSONALLY responsible for success when structure of the workplace was and IS the problem may have come from a women’s mouth (Cheryl - wife of male mogul ) but the sentiment came from him😂and she let him define what “women must do”. She was always influenced by his manipulation and mansplaining😏👀be honest
