I really admire the time that you put into each project and I can appreciate how investing time delivers so much more quality results!. I have a question, you have now a nurtured and great team consisting of many designers, how do you delegate new projects to your designers? Always a senior and a intermediate per project? Also, how do you differentiate between your juniors, intermediates and senior designers? I'm curious about the team logistics, I started leading a design team myself and there is so much about management that nobody tells you about, I'm curious how you handle it in your team. That term interior architecture vs makeover is similar to strategy vs implementation in developing software. Someone has a requirements document and they just want you to build it, and someone that has a concept or just random idea that need a concept and they want you to develop the strategy with the help of implementation partners. First one is is 10 times more expensive but delivers more VALUE and second one is cheaper and value is mostly "standardized".

Hi! Thanks so much for your question!! The short answer would be that I have a lot of confidence because I keep pushing myself to do more things and get out of my comfort zone. I’ve failed a lot too - failing, learning, recovering is part of the journey and the more you fail the more confidence you actually gain. Maybe I should make a video about this? Hello karin please can you invest in a projector screen at your office so that your design meeting becomes less stressful for you and your team? i notice corrine (not sure i got the spelling right) is also looking into your screen and you have the other intermediate designer as well sat at the meeting. with a projector screen is easy. plug you laptop via an hdmi or vga cord to broad cast on a larger screen for everyone in the meeting to see what you are showing them @karinbohn
