Whelp, I guess those two short months turned into a much longer time period for the owners to move back in because you have been MIA ever since.... :)

@16:51 Why is it bubbling in the right upper corner? It must be a kind of vinyl film applied on the board. I wonder what happened there.

That tiling in the master bedroom looks like old tiling plastered and painted over. I love wavy tiling texture but this is over the top to my taste.

I disagree with cramming big furniture into a space. No room for end table, better off walls, etc. Great sofa though Also there’s a Vancouver retail store and some in US.

Thank you for this video Karin! You have been an inspiration to me now for 4 years! In your video you mentioned how you wished you had a better contract from day 1. Could you make a detailed video on what you recommend to have in a designer and client contract? This would be so helpful especially for start up designers like myself that maybe cannot afford to sit down with a lawyer to create these contracts. Thank you Karin!

Not an architect nor an interior designer… but very much attracted to your sense of style and aesthetics. Also, your eloquence and the genuine presence online. The “put in the work” was the one video that got me subscribed. I rewatched it agin today and feel inspired amidst the fact that I feel a little lost and distracted in life. Thank you!

Hi Karin, I have been following your journey since the very beginning of your KZbin channel, and your videos have been such an incredible source of inspiration, motivation, and guidance for me. Your passion for interior design, entrepreneurship and your generosity in sharing your knowledge have profoundly impacted my life. In fact, you unknowingly inspired me to pursue a career in interior design. I can relate to you even more now that we both became moms. Wishing you and your family all the best x I've never left a comment on any social media platform before, but I felt compelled to express my deepest gratitude to you. Thank you for everything you do - your content means so much to me. I also wanted to ask if you would consider creating a course on sales. Many of us in the industry struggle with this aspect, and I believe your insights and expertise would be immensely beneficial. To everyone reading this, please leave a thumbs up if you would also be interested in a sales course from Karin Thank you again, Karin. You are truly an inspiration !

Nice. I would add a bit of cornice and skirting of some kind to bring some traditions into the space, however I know u love modern but tiny slice of tradition on the right location where it belongs could add a bit of an interesting conversation into the space. Just an idea.
