Thoughts on online program via interior design institute? It’s a. Diploma program not degree but $$ is more affordable in comparison to university or college which is in the $50-70k 4 yr program

Could you make a detailed video on what you recommend to have in a designer and client contract? Nice. I would add a bit of cornice and skirting of some kind to bring some traditions into the space, however I know u love modern but tiny slice of tradition on the right location where it belongs could add a bit of an interesting conversation into the space. Just an idea.
