Obviously not the case here, but people who have vasectomies can still sometimes impregnate others and people with IUDs or on BC can still get pregnant sometimes. In fact, if they get pregnant with an IUD, it’s incredibly dangerous. Again, obviously not in this story, but just an FYI for anyone who jumps immediately to cheating.

If the gal is a large (height and weight)woman to begin with,it wouldn't be obvious. If the gal is chubby in the beginning,it could just look like she gained a bit of weight. The mystery is the thin gals. Ones that I have known said they didn't show at all until they were 7 or 8 months along. Yet they gave birth to healthy average size babies. My sister who's 5'7 was average size. She didn't even show except for a slight bump after she hit the 8 1/2 month mark. My niece was small but healthy. Now me, I'm all of 5 ft. Average weight. With a short torso. By the time I was 3 months pregnant, I looked like I was 6 months. By the time I gave birth, I looked like I was having twins. This is why they say every pregnancy is different.

You don't even need to be large for pregnancy to be unnoticeable. My mom wasn't showing until 7 month and she is petite 5'1 lady. Sometimes baby develops too high in ribs area or/and towards the spine. It's risky tipe of pregnancy but it's absolutely possible
