Awwwwww even though Charlie went over the budget by double and the whole part of the Challenge was not to go over $40 this proves how much Charlie loves Sylvia by not showing care about how much money he spends on her but just enough to please and surprise her with this gift even though Charlie had a little trouble figuring out Sylvia size or any other problems that he might've experienced on this challenge but at least it's the thought that counts BTW I love you guys so much as a couple 😘😘😍
