No, Maya drew first blood when she was having an affair Darnell’s “friend”. When she confessed, Darnell kicked her out of the house and she lived with Joan. When Maya made several attempts to get back with him, Darnell had other girlfriends he was dating in an attempt to make her hurt like he did.
