Corn starch? Interesting 🤔 I've never had a chocolate chip cookie that matches my grandma's recipe, and it doesn't have corn starch. Quick Google search says corn starch makes it possible to make thicker cookies that are not doughy in the middle. But thinner, crunchy cookies are so much better, IMO.
