Heard this for the first time in years today playing in a shop and had totally forgotten how completely brilliant it is. Those synths are straight out of the early 80s Visage/OMD school and the whole production is as epic as a Trevor Horn special. So happy to put this on my playlist after so many years...

The attitude and pop rock perfection is just dripping off this song. They were the band who would fuck your party up, drink all your booze, take all your drugs and play music too loud but you'd still have them back the next week. Brilliant.

I always enjoyed watching this video because it is a catchy tune and a very lovely music video. However these days whenever I watch this video, I get the same sense of feeling I get whenever I watch the video to ‘I'm In the Mood for Dancing’ by the Nolans … a sense of loss. I can’t stop thinking of Bernie Nolan, in the latter video, just as I can’t stop thinking about Sarah Harding in this video … two beautiful and talented ladies taken way before their time. I was 4 when this was released in 2003, the video was a bonus on the No Good Advice CD single and I distinctly remember my mum putting it into the computer for the first time for me to watch. It was my favourite song and video at the time and it is still up there 13 years later!

I watched the final of Popstars The Rivals and saw the moment each got told they were in the band. Sarah was the final one. Such a shame she is no longer with us. She definitely brought the punky edgy look to the band. GA won't be the same without her

Funny how Nicola was pushed aside back then making room for the handbag dancing quartet and was considered the ugly one. Personally always thought she was the cutest and had the most talent and unique voice. Real talent never fades and while the others have withered she has blossomed
