Wrong. Being body shamed is what gives you motivation to change and become better. It's simply fuel for change. If I was fat, I'd rather have someone tell me that i'm fat instead of them lying to my face that I am a beautiful person when I am not. By telling them that they are beautiful, you are only keeping the person fat. At least push them to lose weight instead of lying to them. Truth is the main thing missing in the world today.

At 11 years old I was 5' 5 1/2" tall,185 #, had a Mae West body frame, medium length Pecan colored hair that was wavey and had already started my period. I got bullied so bad that I wound up with ulcers, anxiety disorder and depression. Kids can be so mean and cruel. Being a big lady myself more or less all my life, unfortunately more lately, I can’t pretty much relate to all of these videos (especially the seat and plane video had me in tears). Right now I’m actually at the point where I only leave the house when absolutely necessary, because I feel like everyone is staring at me wherever I go because of my size and the fact that I need to use a walker, due to a severe herniated disc in my low back. I wish people’s minds would be changed as easily as they are in the videos. Nevertheless, I love the fact that Dhar Mann Studios is bringing awareness to this issue. Thank you for that. My son is 13, size 13 shoes, 5 foot 7 and 180 to 190 lbs. He got fat shamed until I told him to hit back after teachers and principles weren't doing anything. I dont condone violence but when the kids hit first they got suspended. Teachers are over worked and underpaid and I appreciate your work but some are bad apples. I'm 6'3 and the most I've ever weighed is 170lbs maybe 180 lbs on jail food. Smh. Stick and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me. 80's baby. I'm good but some people actually have the nerve to tell me I'm too skinny and they pinch and touch and grab me. 😂. The disrespect. I would never walk up to someone who's big and tell them to stop eating and touch the where all their fat is. It may sound corny but like people for who they are not how they look. We are all going to wrinkle up and look like shit one day in our old ages. Accept it. If you wanna change don't be afraid to ask for help. You have 1 life to live so live it how YOU want.
