Those are photochromatic contact lenses. Eye specialist here! Edit: photochromic and photochromatic are both acceptable terms for any lens than darkens on exposure to UV light. These are prescription contact that turn black when you’re outside Quick update: I use to work for Lenscrafters about two years ago, and this was one of the latest and greatest contact lenses that they came out with. Its call “Transition contact” they suppose to protect your eyes from the sun. It works alot like , transition glasses.It’s pretty cool but it’s very freaky and demonic-ish if you have light color eyes, i.e....blue, green, gray or hazel. It take between 5-7 min to completely transform to clear when you are indoor . Which is kind of weird if you go to a restaurant and you eyes start changing color right in front of your waiter . And about 1-2 min when you are outdoor. You do not need prescription to get them . You can get this at your local target or Lenscrafters’s . And yes it gets very dark, it actually turns dark brown to black depend on the level of the sun ray.It covers the cornea. this could be a great alternative for very active individuals, soccer , football etc.... also it’s not recommended to look directly in the sun just because you have these lenses , you still could go blind. This was a cool video sorry for being a party popper!!

I thought I found a human like me but people are saying it's contact lenses. My eyes color changes between green, brown, dark brown. Once in very sunny day it turned into yellow. I only noticed when my friends told me my eye color was yellow. But it only happened once. But nowadays my eyes can turn green, brown, dark brown depending on light and my mood.

That’s normal. Your eyes automatically turn on the uv protection that’s why they turned brown. The reason why people from the South have brown eyes predominantly is because is to protect the eyes from uv

They don’t magically become another colour, your eyes are still the same solid colour regardless. It only appears as if they’re changing colour, but in reality it’s the lighting they’re placed under. For example, I have dark brown eyes, but when placed under the sun they become a light hazel colour. My eyes are still the same colour, the sun is simply manipulating it to seem as if it has changed.

@@melhawk6284 I havent seen my doc, however the price is around R550 but I wouldnt be surprised if they will be pricier because my prescriptions are different for each eye, then add on the astigmatism. 🙃🙃🙃🙃 not even sure if insurance covers it, however considering everything it really is not too expensive, I'll definitely be able to pay out of pocket.

You could use your normal eyes for it to you know have you seen those vids with them being able to shrink eyes or dilating them on command scientist said it l was impossible but it possible if you think of a dark room and your pupils will get bigger to get more light and imagine something bright and they could get smaller or imagine something that doesn't exist in front of you ad you eyes will get bigger or smaller i think and i heard if you practice this enough you can do it without focusing anymore plus haven't you seen other animals do it on primal instinct
