Well luckily for me, the surrounding brown of my eyes are beginning to turn blue. My grandma eyes are almost completely blue due to age and the same will happen to me- nothing drastic like this, however. This change in eye color will have psychological effects on him, just be patient viewers; we will begin to see the manifestations soon enough.

As far as it meaning high cholesterol...Arcus senilis is common in older adults. It's caused by fat (lipid) deposits deep in the edge of the cornea. It isn't related to high cholesterol, however. Arcus senilis doesn't affect vision, nor does it require treatment. - Mayo Clinic.
