Jieun was in Secret. The best way to describe them was probably a more nugu version of Sistar, particularly in terms of their physical package. Their release sound varied. The had cute upbeat releases like Shy boy, more retro (think early Mamamoo) sounds on songs like Love is Move and Yoohoo and a sexier side on songs like Madonna and Poison. Hyoseong was probably one of the more popular members but an annoyingly large reason for that is that people couldn’t get over her bust size, being larger than the average Korean woman. Her song Goodnight Kiss had me OBSESSED though when it came out. And Jieun was at the time seen as one of the more progressive idols. She put out a song called “Don’t look at me like that”, to highlight the struggles faced by people in queer, interracial and age gap relationships…. You know, 2/3 is still a passing grade in my country so I’m gonna ignore her last “point”. It’s like I was doing an exam in work today and couldn’t think of a 5th example of how to spot fraud. So I wrote down “gut instinct”. It’s one of those “not leaving it blank” answers 😅😅

Sunhwa from Secret was also on Invincible Youth with Sunny, Yuri, Kara’s Hara, Hyuna, f(x)’s Victoria etc. just a much watch if you like any second gen girl group, at least one member of the group probably appeared at some point.
