Ice fishing Long Point Bay for big pike is one of the best places to catch lots of fish and gain confidence as an ice angler. I wonder what it looks like for the fish who are living under the ice. Probably quite dark most of the time, especially where the ice has a lot of snow on it. I guess that at 18, Rose is at University age in Ontario. The average age here in Quebec for this is 19, though I started at 18 because I did the school system from France and not Quebec.

Please be careful or better yet wear eye protection when looking down the hole when a fish is on. I know someone who lost an eye when the hooks come out and the hook sprung back in thier face.
