Main character is a 38yo construction worker who feels disastisfied with his life. It starts off as a cringe-comedy where he constantly tries to make himself more popular among his coworkers but really gets interesting after an event (that I won't spoil) happens. The main appeal for me is how he approaches situations which are often in a very unflattering manner but super brave considering how he's lived his whole life so far. His frustrations can be very relatable and it's one of the few pieces of media that made me tear up. My favourite manga so far, highly recommend it.
