Is nobody noticing just how much better their songs are composed now? I mean, this song (and all others in the EP) has many more layers to it now. It's like, they lull you, and then throw you on a rollercoaster ride, then lull you again, then rips your head off. Music is a good album, but Gravitation sounds a LOT more detailed and shows off all their experience. Their best album yet. But it's just opinion~ I'm totally digging this EP

When I first hear the EP, I came with the conclude that even if you like more the previous work of Girugamesh -awesome work I have to say- you've to admit that GRAVITATION have soooo much quality! I don't want to be rude with people who like others japanese/visual kei/jrock (and stuff) bands, it's just my personal look but... SERIOUSLY, how can a band like DIAURA have one million of views and this pv just 200.000? I just can't understand how Girugamesh has not the recognition that deserve! Their sound is sooo good,their quality and everything, I just don't understand. Girugamesh deserve sooo much more! I repeat: Don't piss off, it's just my personal look! I named Diaura just to name a band that don't even get to the knees of Girugamesh, but out there are so much more who aren't bad, but not that good.

Bands like DIAURA and other visual kei bands really attract a lot of teenage girls because of their looks. Girugamesh doesn't have that appeal. Girugamesh' sound also isn't as mainstream as say ONE OK ROCK or MY FIRST STORY so it's quite logical why they won't get the same amount of views.

Tim Kuipers I have been listening them since they came out. It's best if fan girls don't listen to them anyway, most fans like that are shallow and only pay attention to looks instead of music. Girugamesh is my favorite Jrock band ever and nothing can change that. Because, their style is very different from other Jrock bands. That's just my personal preference.

+Samanta Onnainty I never like v-kei. First the guys look like a bunch of sissies, and unfortunately the songs sounds sissy too. The melody those v-keis used is similar to a certain music genre in my country, called 'dangdut' (this genre is heavily inspired by indian music). I can quite accept indian music but not dangdut.. they're so fucked up lol. in short v-kei isn't my taste at all, while i'm a girl.

it's not exactly about fashion or looks that attract teenagers. it's just that this genre doesn't have that many listeners. even if they look really good, their genre is still less popular.

Girugamesh, Like Crossfaith, Ellegarden, Crystal Lake, Loudness, are of those japanese bands who made their history outside japan, those bands are more popular in Europe (Spain, Italy, Britain, Sweden, France are fans of those genre of jmusic) in America (Canada, EUA, Mexico and all south america, excepting nicaragua and venezuela, loves the japan rock music) so don't worry :)

One of the most common things I see when I read comments about Girugamesh is that most or at least a lot of fans think that albums such as "Go" and "Now" were very lacking as DarkLT4Ewa3 pointed out. Now this is just a guess but I think the reason why a lot of fans feel this way is because, collectively, the songs in these two albums carry less of a metal atmosphere which is disappointing to many metal fans. But I don't think it's very fair to judge Girugamesh in this aspect because they've said on multiple occasions that their music is always subject to change. Now, for the most part, I've enjoyed about 95% of everything that Girugamesh has released since their album "Music" up to "Monster" as well as a few scattered songs before "Music". In fact, before I discovered Girugamesh I had never really listened to much metal but they changed my views with their incorporation of techno/electronics, catchy chorus' and amazing guitar rifts. I had never heard such a unique style of metal before and yes I do realize that not all their songs, especially one's from "Go" and "Now", classify as metal but that doesn't mean that they're still not good! Besides Girugamesh's ability to change their musical style is one of the many reason's I love them. Personally I think it's important to give Girugamesh's (and any other bands for that matter) music more of a chance cause you're missing out on a lot of great music if you don't. Listen to their songs more than once before turning away from them. I know this has really helped me grow my Girugamesh collection. Anyway I just wanted to post this in defense of those two albums. Well, at first, I was like "their music style changed so much from before?" but I accepted it as part of them. Probably because I also listen to different genres as well. I have songs that I like from Now & Go as well. They got back onto the metal path and I must say Gravitation is awesome.

I think Girugamesh, and all bands for that matter, need to be understood by their audience to be truly appreciated. People need to listen to their music and try to understand what it is the band is going for before turning away from it. Personally I like every one of their songs from Now and Go. I have about 85 of their songs on my phone right now but it took a long time to get to that point. I first discovered Girugamesh last March and at that time I think I only liked about 10 of their songs but the songs I did like stuck with me in a way that made me want to keep listening to more of GIrugamesh's songs and over time I started to like more and more of their songs as I adjusted to how their sound worked. I love Girugamesh and I'm really interested to see where they're gonna go after Gravitation. P.S. I like Gravitation but I think Monster is still the best album they've made to date.

I've been loving their music for 7-8 years now. since their self-titled album. I'm really glad for their growth the past 10 years & the direction that they're headed now. Personally, my favourite album of theirs is MUSIC. I really liked the bass heavy tracks, as well as the use of the "DJ scratching sounds in the songs" I can't really differentiate music genres or in this case, rock genres in particular but they had their ways to constantly "hook" me to their music.

I actually like Now. Sure at some parts felt like stepdown from Music, but I still liked it :D As for GO... I have to agree, it was a big oof ;/ Thank God for Monsters, this is when they took a whole new direction, fusing it with the best of Now and S/T album! Still hope to hear some news on Girugamesh guys, like a new project or something ^^

i'm new for this band, i found them 2 months ago, yes of course my first song is gravitation, but really i go to find them deeper, download their old albums, read their biography, and holyshit its been 11 years today, where i go on that time? why awesome band like this didn't appear like the gazette or nightmare? but now they're more modern in style and music, i didn't compare with the same "core" band like FALILV, they're awesome too, really creative and progressive (btw i found FALILV 4 years ago XD) and love stuff like this, keep headbang, keep modern, keep core, cause more breakdowns are better for our life XD

It seems like a lot of the screamo/clear singing voice rock bands I like go through the Linkin Park phase where their earlier albums were awesome, then they try to go softer (It's not even that their songs are softer, they completely change their genre from metal to pop, which is what really bothers me. It's like going from Metallica to Justin Bieber) to appeal to mainstream. Finally, they realize their new sound sucks donkey ball, go back to their roots. This is the Girugamesh I started following 6 years ago. So glad Monster was a good album, I was one PV away from giving up on them completely. Now One Ok Rock, my other favorite band is going to through this softer phase as well. At least their latest single is still good.

Jinsei x boku sounds really american to me too amd most of their influences like the used are american bands. I do agree with you that the album sounds a little overproduced and i would like some more japanese lyrics. But don't worry everyone on of their albums sound different if you don't like this one maybe you will like the next one or the one after that. The thing that does piss me off is that most of the american bands that use effects on their voice is because they can't sing that well but taka does not need his range is amazing and if you mess with it in the studio it starts sounding produced amd robotic for no reason that's why i think the songs on 35xxxv will sound way better live
