Dear ma'm, We all are here to study, improve and learn english and we will be successful in doing that only if we converse and talk in english in our day- to-day lives. I know its difficult for some students to understand these properly and explaining it in hindi helps them, but still if you explain in english, they will try to understand it and consequently their english will get better. So, please do not explain english in hindi. With due respect, my warn regards.
