Quests don't always have the biggest payouts in State of Decay 2, but sometimes they are incredible.
Builder: Pillage and Plunder is one of these quests. Available to those who have a builder character in their community, it has a chance to spawn asking you to bring one of your community members to a location with 3 rucksacks of building materials!

There's a bug where you can retake that quest again after taking that 3 rucksack of materials your next objective should be deposit those rucksack to base but instead just exit and re-enter again and that quest will be pop out again and the 3 recent materials rucksack are still there where you put it.

The semi final builder quest aswell, where u can cheese to get 12 members. PLUS u can roll forever until u grt the traits/ skills u want

You can, but then you lose the ability to recruit enclaves which means you can't easily get rid of bad enclaves and replace them with stronger ones which is going to be more powerful than having 12 characters.

It's the other Builder quest for helping the folks loot that never become a real community that I despise. I recently got fed up and killed them to take their stuff. It felt so liberating to not have to spend 2 minutes waiting for them to run to the destination correctly, and another 3 guarding them.

3 building material rucksack is not worth taking my red talon along with me so he can gain a negative trait by the way i dont know they patched it when the quest is triggered if you clear the infestation that spawned (not the quest survivor) you still be able to loot it and avoid huge standing gain at begining

As long as you have a builder leader, the mission should show up once a playthrough or maybe once per map reset.

You need a TON of materials if you play on Lethal Zone though. Buildings cost 3x more.
