The CRB27SL is literally my favourite mech in this game. I used it from rep 5 to rep 15 from raids to defenses and beach heads. I love the look of it and its performance is exactly what I like.

I could. It's a fairly short game in comparison to MW5. I'd want to get my hands on the original MW4M though. I don't like modded games which the MekTek re-release is.

Max armor, 2 ppc, 1 tag is what I roll with on the crab. The tag is really nice because I like to bring alot of missles on my ai mechs. It's not the most powerful mech, but it's a great support. PPC for dealing with turrets/choppers, and the tag let's my guys be functional with missles. The catapult with 2 LRM20 ST ARTIV launchers on a tagged target is pretty deadly in ai hands. I love all the variations you can pull off with the mechs in this game. It's so much fun.

Whenever I think of a medium Mech with 2 PPCs, I think of the Uziel.

The bug you encountered with the ammo bins that had to be added individually was introduced by the latest patch. There should be a hotfix out now solving this particular issue, though I haven't yet had the time to check it out myself. Also, the devs finally added infantry to the game (as originally promised for the DLC) but they chose to release it as an official mod rather than patching it in for everyone, so I guess you won't be squishing tiny little meatbags anytime soon.

That is its function. The Vindicator is basically House Liao's Enforcer.

Got a different idea for you to try out I’m enjoying it Remove the jump jets Added double heat sinks medium pulse laser Large pulse laser and a medium combat fist And for sone hitting power a large rifle and ammo It’s fun !

@ yep the enforcer I’ve also upgraded it a bit to improve armour ,heat loss and reload times it’s just a fun mech especially if you get your Lance mates to act as a diversion so you can get behind your victim 😂 Oh I’ve also upgraded a flea ….just for a laugh and it’s a little monster ! Light rifle , three small lasers and two medium lasers Upgraded armour speed heat loss It’s a hilarious mech to play

I would put a ac5 altra cannon and er large laser and er medium laser on the enforcer, and er medium lasers on the crab instead of the smalls.

If you have fought a crab, it will be logged into your mech database which is like a pokemon pokedex but for Mechs. It will tell you where the Mech is found and how rare it is.

To be honest i only like the 27sl variant of the crab I use 2 large and 2 medium pulse laser as my weapon Sl variant just gives me enough room for heat sink to keep my mech cool Enforcer never used because if i want ballistic i will go with hunchback

I had started to collect 27SLs on my alternative save file before I deleted it. I built it to resemble the Uziel since this game doesn't have anything that plays similarly to the Uziel.

I think the big question on Enforcer vs. Hunchback is whether or not you want that large laser. If you want the larger laser, then you have your Enforcer option, but if you don't care about large laser, you have the hunchback.

That's funny. I just realized it's Enforcer vs. Hunchback, just like the BattleTech table top tutorial battle. I think the Enforcer won my last tutorial duel that I played.

Well, you wouldn't have as good of aim "in real life" to BattleTech as you do in MW5. MW5 doesn't represent kinetic shock. When you are struck by weapons with physical force, you don't just walk through it. It hurls your Mech around. You, the pilot, get shaken around. Autocannons will physically move your Mech around, jerking your torso and arms off course. Heavier autocannons will actually turn your Mech, sometimes by 90-180 degrees depending where you're hit. A storm of LRMs is deafening as explosions rain down, smoke blocks your vision. A blast of missiles and autocannons can sweep your BattleMech off its feet, sending you crashing to the ground which can be enough to kill a pilot from whiplash alone since you could be traveling very fast, fly off your feet and skid across the dirt. The original MechWarrior 5 that was cancelled is closer to how MechWarrior would feel. You'll see what I mean by how much harder it is to score accurate hits when kinetics are better represented. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hXSVnaaQisSMaqM

Love the crab but not this variant, i like the one with 6 energy hardpoints. Don't like the enforcer because you can't anything with it.

That sounds like a hero variant. Even the SLDF Crabs only have 4 hardpoints.
