Bundle of horseshoe balloons is an accessory I never used until I played Calamity for the first time recently I then understood the power, I didn’t really use wings until I was post plantera due to the quadruple jump being more useful to avoid attacks.

Aquatic scourge's poison meter sadly can't be negated with effigys of decay (which make you immune to sulphur poisoning) and some of the Aquatic scourge's attacks will increase your poison meter drastically, indicated by the green gas that usually comes from his mouth. You can also get an unenchanted tablet by beating him without letting the poison meter reach 50%, which you can enchant to get a pet cosmetic if you follow the instructions on it

I defeated infernum DoG yesterday💀💀💀 It's the most painful boss in infernum mod along with night time providence, which I defeated to get useless for my class (mage) purity accesory. At least, it is good for summoner.

When you get to DoG, i recommend swapping your ram dash accessory to anything else and use the Myriandel's right click to avoid his attacks. This actually makes the boss fight more bearable in my opinion as you no longer get Carpal Tunnel trying to dodge his fucking stupid charges

Mister GitGudWO, do not ignore one of the dev wishes, if you defeat the Forgotton Shadow of Calamitas while in the underworld, it gives you an EXTREMELY powerful item for surviving bosses. It applies a shield to you that reduces damage taken and dealt by 66% for 3 hits, where the shield will break and not be usable again for 15 seconds. The reason it's good is because your regeneration and potion cooldown will not be slowed down so you can survive longer until your potion is refilled

Unless Calamity buffed it, I wouldn't call the regen palladium armor gives you "great". Last I checked it was literally identical to a basic regen potion.

honesty i recently did a ranger playthrough in NORMAL calamity, you'll suffer alot because according to the guide i've saw (miura), most of the EFFICIENT weapons ranger uses in this part of hardmode are normally bow weapons, sad part of being a gunner
