Thank you for this course! Not only because I want and NEED to learn Github, but also because of the "style". I really enjoy the "bloopers". Sometimes when watching courses and tutorials it just seems like the teacher/creator has all the knowledge from the back of their head. And at least in my experience that's not how things work for me. Many times when I'm coding I even have to look up how to create a for loop 😅 So all of those tutorials, although it gets you through everything quicker, it makes at least me feel like a bad developer for not being able to just create something in like 5 minutes. So I really like that everything is not going smoothly and even things that I as a viewer can notice but you don't at the moment and then have to troubleshoot why something didn't go as expected, just makes me feel better about myself. So keep it up! (I've only watched 2 hours so far, but I'm for sure going to complete this ASAP) 😁👍

​@@Revusic Yes I passed but only 70% marks, I would suggest if you are new to github please explore some other vieos as well along with this course, but if you only understand this one fully, you will pass. but before I started this i got some basic understanding from another two (one hour) short courses, so 10 hours of this plus 2 hours of some other videos .

About the ssh key stuff (around 2h mark): It's usually a good idea to just associate identity files with hosts in your ssh config. Then you never need to worry about errors with using your keys for git clone (or any other ssh connection) Edit: Also the comment "you shouldn't show your public key to anyone" is pretty wrong. You can literally show your public key to everybody without any consequences. In fact you can lookup the public keys on github for any user by default. Still a good course, thanks for that!
