This was confusing at first. Most workflow tools would not use "labels" as state transitions. A label typically has a different meaning and purpose. So, in GitLab, all issues just have two transition states: OPEN and CLOSE. The workflow is managed through labels. I can live with that. 🙂

I can't believe there was not an option to multi-select labels... seems like that feature would've been a no-brainer. Good video here though

I love the way you cant delete "Open" and "Closed", also cant move them..
