What LBs do they typically pull?

A quick google would let you know the answer, but it will be around 40lb (but can be as low as 30lbs). for target archery you dont need power you need constancy, and a lower weight bow is less violent on release, and easer to hold at full draw.

There is no minimum. A maximum only exists for compounds which is 60 lbs.
