Perhaps the bike electrically shocks anyone who steals it. The bike might explode and/or disintegrate whenever someone takes it. Perhaps its got a cell phone chip and a computer chip built in so it can be tracked like a lost or stolen smartphone. Perhaps the bike simply stops pedaling if its stolen (it looks like some sort of special purpose built e-bike.) Theres a bunch of fictional theft prevention measures a writer of a comic book could add.

!? I think the new Dial H for Hero is monthly so it’s probably on ComiXology but I gave up after issue 3 it’s just not as good as the og. It’s by Sam Humphries tho so if I was u I would give it a shot

With respect though the lateat run doesn't feature user submitted characters. Those were all created by the title's writer and artist. Apparently the original run in the 60s and a run in the 80s had tons of user submitted characters. I checked but they're not on Comixology.
