I already designed a super hero similar to this with hydrokinesis and the ability to change from ice, water, and gas. His origin is Lake Superior and is the good counterpart of Hydro-Man

He Assembled a black guy a a brown guy a Native American an Asian and a Muslim. He said for MY sins of slavery I am going to repay black Americans. THE WHITE FOUNDER SAID I ALWAYS REPAY MY DEBTS THAT'S WHY I HAVE GOOD CREDIT. All those assembled that had given their shares of representation up saw that the white founder still had his share of representation in his hands. So they all protested aren't you going to give up your share to the black guy? HE ANSWERED ARE YOU CRAZY. THIS IS MINE THIS IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND MY CHILDREN AND MY RACE.
