for some reason, i have no clue but autopod tends to literaly ignore my 3rd camera , it will only select it like 2 times and never switch to it,

I have a template folder I've built on my computer for every project that I just duplicate when I start something new. I use the Johnny Decimal system, I have a default premiere and after effects projects in it, and it gets me started real quick, highly recommend.

ye 100%. thats a great way to go. 👍 its all about removing hurdles and start on projects asap. I find that once i've started a project i'm pretty much in the groove.

Is there a version of Firecut or Autopod that doesn't come with a subscription please? Thank you
@HeavyReverb2 ай бұрын
Unfortunately not. And some with a couple of features are abit clunky workflow wise and at around the $200 one time purchase fee. I think it’s where we’re at right now

Yo, i have a odd problem with the cutting when i pause. In older versions i would just pause, select the block and change it to different camera with the key 1,2,3 or more...but now when i press any of those numbers it just cuts the clip like i would select cmd K...it changes the camera to the right clip after the cut, so fucking annoying help! XD

i've had a similar thing before. in the new Pr 2025 its been that the new transform box was selected and it kept on selecting the clip to resize instead of cutting it. havent noticed the change mentioned above though. 🤔

Can you please give the Exercise files (Video, Mic audio) of podcast? I want to practice this tutorial while watching it.

Wait…what‽ You can turn a nest into a multicam???? 😮
@HeavyReverb26 күн бұрын
simple as that. 🤙

@ I have watched so many multicam tutorials and I have NEVER seen this top/action. Tried it this morning. Friggn’ amazing
@HeavyReverb26 күн бұрын
@@TheFPSChannel hopefully it saves you some time. I find that everytime I created a multicam sequence my workflow took a bit of a hit. Theres an extra step into opening up the multicam sequence and editing the individual layers.

Step 1 needs to be CREATE PROXIES FOR INTERFRAME CODEC FILES, ie: anything h.264 or h.265. You do NOT want to be editing multiple cameras with high compression codecs as their source, let alone with additional effects applied to them like what is done in this video. Better yet, just create low bit rate proxies for everything in the project! Premiere makes it easy.

That’s something I’d definitely do for bigger projects or if I had a slower computer. Proxies definitely help but I don’t think they’re a must for projects this size.
