This is actually quite a great idea. If you're making it for yourself and can put all the sauces in whatever order you like you can have pairings and a different flavour with every bite basically. And using this as a base idea you could get quite creative with it and create the best sub man has ever tasted.

I always get this at subway: In my country (the netherlands) we have the American Stakehouse Melt sandwitch (unsure how its called on your menu) which is the meat you can see in the top right if paused at 01:28 surrounded by chicken menu options. I always get it with white bread, lettuce, Unions and pickles combined with garlic sauce. I love this sub alot.

Chopped up pickles & red onion, topped with both American & cheddar cheese; it was warm, and creamy, while the bread came out crispy & toasted. I thought to myself, “This would revolutionize the whole franchise!” The toaster ovens didn’t come out until 6 years later.

We Indians are doing it wrong TBH. We are "trying to get our money's worth" by asking for all the veggies and all the sauces, because subway is not so cheap if you consider the average income here. Also, if you ask for 1 or 2 sauces like it is meant to be, subway India employees put too little of it because of habit. I have had the all sauce liquidy mess we call a subway in India. Moved to the 2 or 3 sauces combo a while ago, and never went back. You should try it too.

I use to work at a subway, one custom sandwich I loved was on a toasted wheat bread. I heated the teriyaki chicken separately with Monterey Jack topped on. I heated up onion and bell pepper drizzled in a little oil then place on bread and plate it up with sweet onion sauce, a little spinach or lettuce if you’re feeling it and voila. It basically the same as the sweet onion teriyaki but the soft peppers and onion blend so much better in taste and texture.

I was working night shifts in the UK subway and we had a Manwich , perfect end of the night. So marinara sauce as base , peperoni /chicken bacon on one side , and salami, steak and bacon on the other and than cheese and toasted, Than onions, jalapenos and chipotle sauce and it's absolutely amazing. I worked at Subway for a couple years, hacks I found were to microwave the bacon for 10 seconds or so then toast the sub, crispy bacon, way better tasting, you almost don't taste it otherwise lol. Also the Tuscan Chicken (if I remember correctly) was a seasoning you add to the plain cut up chicken breast and was a promotional item..that sub was absolutely fire and nothing compares. My goto sub is Italian herbs and cheese, cold cut, bacon, shredded cheese, Double toasted, lettuce, Onion, Jalapeños, shake of Parm and Oregeno and BBQ sauce.

Worked at Subway for a few years. Kings Steak & Cheese was my go too. Chop up a few onions, green peppers, and jalapeños. Mix with steak, drizzle with olive oil. Stack your choice of cheese. Toast separate from bread for one cycle. Toast bread separately if you want. (Or together, dont like my bread toasted personally) Toss together and serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
