Yes, it's always preferable to deal with people who have a warm personality, although if they aren't very competent in the workplace, that creates other forms of stress.

Phrasal verbs are an integral part of the English language, They are generally made up of a verb and a preposition, with the verb changing to past and progressive forms when writing in these tenses. Learning English in an interactive environment is the general make up of English with Jennifer on Patreon. I made up with her after briefly falling out. Giving up was simply not an option. You should end up being the most successful teacher on Patreon.

Happy that a falling out is only part of an example and not reality! Phrasal verbs certainly crop up in many contexts. :)
@stunninglad1
@stunninglad1 3 жыл бұрын
@@Englishwithjennifer i think we have all experienced the joy of making up after a fallout. In the example 'Giving up is not an option,' we could say that 'Giving up' is the gerund and the subject of the sentence. So, we can see how phrasal verbs also fall into the imperative category and gerund category.

Hi there! Would you mind making a video some day about prepositions 'about' and 'on'? Do they have same meaning in some cases? Are they interchangeable? Could I say something like "I'd like to talk on this issue"? Much obliged. Take care of yourself.

Hi Hamza. Yes, good! But the general meaning is "quit." I'm presenting the most common meanings identified by Professor Dilin Liu in his research. (See video description.) I appreciate the chance to refer to his list. This saves me from presenting all the possible meanings of every phrasal verb. Often the list is too long, so it's best to focus on the most commonly used meanings. You'll pick up additional uses through listening and reading.

Ich have homework but I don’t have idea about it I’m as bus driver then my bus suddenly stopped , now I musst tell passengers to get out on the bus , how I must tell them my engine is Brockdown and there are musst teak others transport like a Train or how can explain this
@Englishwithjennifer
@Englishwithjennifer 3 жыл бұрын
How awful. I'm sorry the bus broke down. When this happens, you can tell the passengers, "I'm sorry, everyone. The bus broke down. You'll have to find other transportation." If some people are still on the bus, you can say, "I'm very sorry, but I need to ask all passengers to get off the bus now and find other transportation. Thank you."
