I am not sure if this will help anyone or if anyone will see this, I was talking to my therapist about always wanting to better myself and never feeling content… she told me “there’s nothing wrong with you, Life is just about remembering who you really are. There’s no need to fix anything. All you have to do is just notice it your patterns, there’s nothing wrong with you that needs to be healed or changed.” And that really helped

Sometimes we need that. It can all be a bit much, sometimes. Good to experience that isn´t really real, so we can remember for the next time. I now have someone in my life that when I come to her with my problems says: Tell me all about it, but first let´s breathe for a while. That always takes care of my problems, without me even feeling silly about creating them in the first place. I feel that is what family should be like. These days I only have to imagine telling her, when anything arises. And I can´t keep from wondering why I never learned that from my parents, or taught it to my children.

In a nutshell, we can give up waiting when we realise that we are already complete at this moment, there is nothing to be added to ourselves or nothing feared to be destroyed. Eckhart has very beautifully narrated this in his pure awareness meditation video. I find that video very profound.

About 4 years ago, I started changing my language. Instead of saying, "I can't wait for this or that..." I started saying, "I look forward to this or that...". That simple change has made a huge impact on the way I think and also of those close to me taking heed and also changing the language. Thank you SO much Eckhart for your daily messages. 💓

@thehippiesage2975
@thehippiesage2975 Жыл бұрын
@@learningenglishthroughtran8540 It is about mindset. Cannot (can't) wait implies that you will be hyper focused on that thing or event. Telling yourself that life will be better then, or that you will not be truly happy until that moment comes. When you look forward to a thing or event, you tell yourself it will be great, but still enjoy the moments that lead up to that point. How you speak to yourself is just as or more important as how you speak to others. You manifest your own reality. You set your mind each day you rise from sleep.

The biggest challenge, at least in my case, is to give up waiting or “wanting”, “desiring” to become enlightened, which only leads to thoughts, frustration and more ego. Realizing that your state of consciousness is totally natural and effortless is the only way to enter that state.

Be aware of thoughts you have. Don't judge your self for "bad" or harmful thoughts you are having, or any thoughts :) Don't make your self guilty for having such thoughts, and so on. Just watch it with love. And be aware that other thoughts are possible - this is the KEY. As Eckhart puts it, "to discover that thinking is not the only state possible for humans".

Eventually the laughter and feeling of joyful bliss wore off and life started to look normal again. Your sense of your body comes back to normal again and you stop feeling like your body is the whole universe. There is an unbelievably deep sense of Peace and Tranquility that remains. After a while Depression, stress, your sense of identification with your ego eventually come back beacuse you become trapped by thought and You become identified with your mind again. At least thats what happened with me... 😞🙆🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ I had "fallen asleep" again... In a way life is more difficult to live coz everything is completely different but still the same. I was very confused for a very long time. There was a sense of "what did I get?" and "what was it all for?". I spent so long trying to get back to that state of ubelievably extreme joy and bliss with countless hours of meditation and trying to recreate those conditions that were present when I got enlightened. I felt like I was going crazy, I realised that I was trapped by my experience of enlightenment and I was back chasing it all over again. It took me a year to understand and incorporate the experience of enlightenment into my everyday life when I stumbled across Eckhart Tolle. The intense joy was gone and Eckhart Tolle taught me that the main purpose and point of the enlightenment experience wasn't the extreme joyful bliss you feel during the enlightenment experience, But the Peace and Tranquility that comes from no longer being identified with your mind right after the experience happens. That was the point. When I came accross Eckharts work it was like I awakened for a second time and I vowed never to "fall asleep" again. So to answer your question "Am I still laughing?"... No I am not still laughing, beacuse I've heard the joke before. But I still understand how funny it is whenever I look around at everything happening in everyday life. I wish every human could experience what I experienced at least once in their life. I feel like it should be the right of every human during their lifetime. The Maya truly is beautiful. ❤️

I am renting a room in a share house atm. There are times when I am in my room and others in the house are swearing, talking loudly and have TVs on. It's very loud, unsettling and annoying, this type of thing used to make me very angry. I would eventually tell them all to shut up and be quiet after thinking about the situation for ages and getting angrier and angrier, thinking they are so inconsiderate etc. These days, I can just accept it as sound, it's just sound. I don't have to think about it, and I can just go out somewhere if it gets too bad, remove myself from the situation, and if I remove myself from the situation, and then not give it any more thought. Thanks to Eckhart I am able to just watch it, sometimes laugh at it, but mostly stay relatively calm and peaceful.

When u talk about the galaxies and how far u have to travel to get to the closest one should put into perspective just how great everything is and how small humans are in this great space. Every human chooses their attitudes and behaviors as they should because your life is not someone elses and someone elses life is not yours but each life deserves the space safety and peace to live how they choose. Each person should be more aware of themselves. This little tiny earth could be gone in the blink of an eye in the vast space it is in.💖

The notion arrived that there are two types of mental movement, resistance and acceptance. Any depressing thought is always a type of resistance, any uplifting thought is always a type of acceptance or surrender. And you surrender to big things and resist little things. Details. Details make us resist, resistance makes us suffer. One can surrender to love or one can resist some aspect of love. I can surrender to life or resist politics or whatever. As someone who has been struggling with depressing thoughts arising.. that changes the whole perspective. Struggling is focussing on detail.

I am at peace yet knowing and knowledge comes in from crown and third eye. Awareness to the heart, where all is connected to the lower chakras. What we believe we are now. Patterns are not knowing. They are channels of training in the lower self. Expecting more when all there is IS expansion. Words have meaning so knowing is expanding consciousness. Words can only transcend the deep knowing as we ascend or expand Take your pick. In quite or in words.
