Hi I'm Wendy a resin artist and crafter.
In this video I am using A mould gifted to my by a wonderful subscriber. It is a moulds n shapes mould with 4 Angels.
Using lets resin and Glitter from Resin supplies Den I am creating Winged angels with separate colours for a christmas tree. Hello
I am showing you how I build a dam to seperate parts of the mould and create beautiful wings.
I also try out something different with some black resin which works really well.

These are beautiful! If I were to attempt this project, I would add silver metallic paint pen around the clear angel's wings and then all the way around the outter edges of the other two silver angels wings. For the gold angel I would do the same but with gold. Perhaps all the away around the angels including their wings. I just love the way the metallic paint pens bring a little extra pizzazz to resin pieces. (Not to be confused with pizza's, as my autocorrect thinks.) Especially around the edges and rims. 😍 You're very talented, Ms. Wendy. I adore you and your videos. They always bring joy to my days. 😁

Yes you are right about the metallic edges does add something. For me on these pieces I wanted them plain to enhance the wings more. But it’s personal taste 😀😀💜 Thank you so much 😀💜

The dichroic film is gorgeous! The disappearing ribbon made the druzy more prominent and its beautiful as well. Adding the separation barrier was a great idea. They all turned out amazing! I think using a ghost interference mica in the body would be really pretty too, it would give them an ethereal look. I’m going to go right now and put some interference violet in one of my projects and interference gold in another.. which is what made me think of it I’m sure.😆 As usual.. great project and video! A few years ago, I found some plastic strips for dental work, and figured they'd be good for this sort of thing, but later I figured out that a middle weight acetate sheet cut straight would probably be even better. I haven't seen many people use this technique, but love what you came up with❤

I love your videos. They never fail to inspire and amuse 😂. I love the gold with the dichroic film. I work with inserts often and have found that you can keep the thin inserts from curling up by adding packing tape to the side that wants to curl up. I never thought of using stones. I think they added interest to the back of the wings.

I use plastic bags and put them in storage boxes in some kind of order 😂😂😂 really need to label the boxes as I have far too many 😂😂

Flush them through with alcohol and tear a baby wipe up and push it inside with a stick. It takes a little bit, but they come out as good as new 😀😀💜
