Wellness is huge for me as I am in the final steps of my breast cancer journey. I track all food, water, movement, meds, side effects from meds, mood, and sleep. It makes it easy to track progress, notice difficult times, and share details with my doctors. 😉👍🏼💕

I am very excited about the wellness planner so that I am able to focus more on my health. I have put on the weight over the past year after having thyroid cancer, and the wellness planner will help me with my accountability to make myself a priority. I work a full-time job And I’m also a caregiver to my elderly parents, and it is hard to find the time to make myself a priority. Since finding your KZbin channel and becoming a subscriber and receiving the box subscription, March was my first box, it is helping me prioritize myself, because if I don’t take care of myself, I can’t take care of anyone else. I just remodeled my wellness planner yesterday! I added all of the wonderful sub box inserts! I track my daily fitness, steps,and nutrition. One new addition that I am tracking in my fitness is mobility training. I am focusing on 3-4 10 minute mobility sessions pre or post workout each week. At 55, it is critical for injury prevention and maximizing range of motion during exercise or daily living! Love your videos each week!!❤

I haven’t been able to join live but always look forward to watching replays. Love the idea of a separate wellness planner. I need a wellness planner for pre planning, to plan meals for the week and schedule time for exercise. Life can get crazy and difficult trying to juggle caring for children, aging parents , work and home. Hopefully it will be easier to reach my wellness goals if the steps needed to reach my goals are already planned and written on my daily schedule. I have been a Deluxe Box subscriber since October. I have been struggling in 2 areas of my health and fitness, I would like to be tracking and recording in these 2 areas in hopes to loss weight: 1. I have been a bit sedative on most days. I work sitting so I’m not as active daily and I need to be. I would like to be active in exercise, walking, and dancing. I want to schedule and record these activities when I do them.
