38:15 The fan should be flipped so it blows upwards in the case. Also, I think it would be better to remove the HDD bracket of the case so the case is more spacious.

@@RobeytechLive thanks. I just got this case for my mom and am planning it all out now. Do you think a noctua nh-l9x65 would work with a amd 5600 cpu? I'm not putting high end parts in it. Then I can add 2 fans at the front of the case.

Yeah I should have switched the fan direction. We did this and tested it, but the temps weren't a whole lot better.
