As asol OTP i can say that you played pretty good considering it was your 6th game or something. Just a few things don't go tear item. Don't go boots until you buy rylai's and Liandry's. Boots basically makes your W last less which actually might lose you dmg so almost never worth building full boots before two items. And last thing if you want to have better W lines use walls as some skillshots can't be placed on walls like vel'koz E and E is very mana hungry so keep that in mind when trying to manage mana and E is really op in team fights if you place it right. And always put E before R. Especially if it's big R don't waste it before the team fights. And buy dark seal. asol is almost unkillable if you have good W lines don't go Mejiai's tho you are not that good and asol isn't going to reward you with a lot more dmg if it's fully stacked because Asol's dmg doesn't scale well with ap.

How do you play asol without mana items, I think it's much better to buy tear than dark seal early because mana is more useful than AP on asol

​@@lucaslimma6707 If you can't manage mana early game or it's a matchup that needs a lot of mana you can go blackfire torch. You buy darkseal to snowball better asol still scales of ap even tho it might not the best scaling so yes it's better to have dark seal that costs 350 and gives you 55ap and 350 hp when fully stacked. No high elo asol otp goes tear, because they know how to manage mana early in the game. And in early game after stacking runes with Q taps you can't really do much poke so there is no need for mana. your only options are to push and roam/base or all in and get a solo kill. You have only one useful combo and it's W>E>R>Q. And if someone tries to run away 15% from POM and W reset is enough to chase and kill.

First of all he went the presence of mind which gives him mana then he also builds seraph and 600 mana from blackfire torch would just be overkill even tho seraph scales from mana asol doesn't and it would do way less dmg then rylai's into Liandry's. And blackfire torch is worse then rylai's into Liandry's. Blackfire torch does less dmg then Liandry's, It scales worse cuz asol doesn't build ap and it's worse in early game. Even building seraph is actually bad in high elo but he just doesn't know the champion well enough to be able to not go mana item.

Really sad to see Agurin losing this way. I'm not surprised he completely lost his mental, it's entirely Riot's fault for making jungle a second support role with less impact. It used to be that you can carry games as a jungler if just one of your lanes ints, and if you did really well you could carry even if 2 lanes were disgusting inters. Nowadays the moment a single one of your lanes is gapped 1v1 and the other lanes go even, you're fucked. You have no agency in the game anymore, and since they also reduced snowballing you are now permanently stuck at the same level as a solo laner if you are SUPER far ahead. It just goes to show that Riot's balancing has gone to shit ever since they allowed Phreak near the balance team.
